  Further to my above comment after experience... I bought on Dec 25 as our Christmas gift. Order was delivered end of January. A few weeks later I rang to say I was having trouble with the two large plants bought, two trees ferns, something we've wanted for some time. I was told they weren't dead, I was imagining it, they would still shoot, and told what to do next, plant them in the ground, not large pots.First week of April I rang Brendan again to advise the tree ferns are definitely dead, and consistent with my first phone call, there has never been any life visible. Brendan told me he 'can't replace all plants people ring us about. That's unreasonable for customers to expect of us. There's far too many complaints for that.' I stated that these plants were never viable, had never shown any signs of life despite the best of attention from arrival. I felt I should have the plants replaced or refunded, $79.76 was too much to just not be concerned about. Brendan refused to do either, and as I was not happy accepting this, eventually said he'll see what the supplier might say. I have yet to hear anything else from him, but I had my gardener here today who is a horticulturist. I asked her whether she thought there was any life in the plants, she said definitely not. This reminds me of the Monty Python ' Dead Parrot' sketch, but I'm not laughing! This is not support that I expect. After an order worth $348.51 I expect more support than this, especially given their web site statement to just phone for any advice you might need. I did, twice, but was not met with anything but bad attitude and the rude implication that I was somehow trying to defraud them, even though I was a client placing a second large order. I will not trust Brenlissa Nursery again. MY FAITH IS RESTORED. Brendan just emailed, 12/04/17, that he will be replacing my tree ferns when new stock arrives in. It seems he talked to the supplier after all and the supplier or he or both well replace my dead tree ferns. Perhaps I caught him at a bad moment on the phone and he reconsidered when he saw my past orders? Certainly I am pleased to have been told they will now be replaced.

  Great range! Fast delivery and plant sourcing service. Many rare plants mot avail in local nurseries. :)

  I am the moderator for Google + 'Amateur Australian Gardeners', and we purchased hundreds of dollars of plants, amongst them 2 tree ferns, These expensive ferns arrived dead. We tried to revive them, but to no avail. When we contacted the nursery, we were told, basically, bad luck, we will not reimburse you. We will never use this nursery again, and I have told my community of over 12,000 members not to use the nursery either. This is no way to operate an on line nursery, and no way to treat a customer. I cannot give them even one star, as the plants which were not dead, were root-bound. Unfortunately, with no star rating the "post" option is not available, so google get the star.
